The institute was founded with the intention of creating a safe and open learning space, both for educators and students, where the primary focus is not commercial gain, but quality education delivered with dedication, honesty and care.
At Kizen, we believe there is a clear gap in commerce education caused by excessive reliance on rote learning and textbook-driven teaching. Our approach moves beyond memorisation. Founder & Director
Shivam Sharma is the founder and director of Kizen Education, responsible for the institute’s vision, strategic direction, and long-term growth. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Panjab University, which forms the academic foundation of his approach towards education and institution building.
While his professional journey has included diverse entrepreneurial experiences, his role at Kizen Education is firmly rooted in creating a stable, ethical, and student-centric academic institution. He believes that meaningful education requires strong systems, long-term planning, and values-driven leadership rather than short-term commercial focus.
At Kizen, Shivam oversees vision and strategy, financial planning and sustainability, infrastructure development, systems & processes, and long-term institutional growth. His focus is to ensure that educators have the freedom, support, and environment required to teach with integrity and dedication, while students receive a safe, well-structured, and professionally managed learning space.
He strongly believes that education must be built on trust, ethics & responsibility, and that
Institutions should prioritise student welfare and quality learning outcomes over aggressive expansion. Under his leadership, Kizen Education is envisioned as a long-term academic institution – one that grows steadily while maintaining its core values.

About Simrat
Academic Coordinator & Faculty
Simrat serves as the Academic Coordinator and Faculty at Kizen Education, where she plays a central role in shaping the institute’s academic vision, teaching quality and student experience. She holds a B.Com and M.Com from Panjab University, Chandigarh, has cleared UGC-NET in Commerce twice, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Finance from Punjabi University, Patiala. She is also actively engaged in academic research, with published book chapters and research papers in her area of expertise.
With extensive experience across school, undergraduate, postgraduate and professional
education, Simrat has taught a wide range of commerce and finance subjects including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Financial Management, Business Studies and Economics. Her academic journey includes teaching and mentoring students from Class 11 and 12 through B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA and professional courses such as ACCA, CA Foundation and CMA.
Beyond classroom teaching, she has held academic leadership roles, contributing to curriculum planning, academic quality processes, accreditation support and institutional academic development. Her work reflects a strong commitment to academic standards, structured learning and continuous improvement.
At Kizen Education, Simrat oversees academic planning, curriculum structuring, faculty
coordination, assessment design, quality control, student mentoring and parent interaction, in
addition to her teaching responsibilities. She ensures that learning remains concept-driven,
disciplined and aligned with real-world application, while maintaining a supportive and
respectful academic environment.
Known as an approachable mentor whom students trust, Simrat believes in building strong, long-term relationships with learners. Many of her former students continue to seek her guidance well beyond their academic years. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in concept clarity, discipline, practical relevance and emotional safety, with a strong focus on guiding students not only towards exam success but also towards informed and confident career
choices.
